You will need to settle your unpaid bill(s) in order to have your line reconnected. Once call-redirected, you will still be billed for your ALL-YOU-CAN service, but you will not be able to use it until you settle your account. Same rules apply on changing ALL-YOU-CAN services and maintaining one minimum ALL-YOU-CAN service.

22. What's your policy on temporary disconnection?

For MY SUPER PLAN subscribers who avail of a FREE handset, your lock-up will be adjusted accordingly, equivalent to the number of billable months (number of months where MSF was not collected) that were missed because no bill was issued due to temporary disconnection.

If you are temporarily disconnected for 2 consecutive months and do not ask for a reactivation, your account will be permanently disconnected. Once temporarily disconnected, your ALL-YOU-CAN service will automatically be opted-out and you will have to re-enroll again upon reactivation.

You will need to settle your unpaid bill(s) plus pay P550 reactivation fee in order to reactivate your line. You may or may not get your old number as we re-issue unused numbers after 6 months.

25. I initially availed of a line only MY SUPER PLAN. I'm ok to be under a 24 mos lock-up policy, but would want a FREE handset. Is that ok?
